Dry Ingredients: 1-1/2 cups Bearpaw Heritage Pancake Mix; 2 tablespoons poppy seeds.
Wet Ingredients: 2 large eggs; 1-1/2 cups buttermilk; 1/2 cup melted butter; 2 tablespoons grated lemon zest; 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Ready to get started?
  1. Whisk eggs, buttermilk, butter, lemon zest, lemon juice and vanilla in a medium bowl.
  2. In a large bowl add poppy seeds to Bearpaw Heritage Pancake Mix.
  3. Blend wet with dry ingredients until smooth.
  4. Ladle the batter into waffle maker.
